However, due to the nature of personalized products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Personalized products are items customized according to your specific preferences, including but not limited to items with custom text, images, monograms, engravings, or any other form of personal customization.

Return and Refund Policy for Personalized Products
Non-Refundable: All personalized products are final sales and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any personalized item.

Order Confirmation: We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it. This includes double-checking all customization details such as spelling, names, numbers, dates, colors, and any other specifications. Once the order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your personalized product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacing the defective item. Please note that this policy does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

 Accuracy of Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information when placing an order for personalized products. Beyond Paper & Ink is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer.
