Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed due to the personalization, we are unable to alter or cancel.

I don't see my school on here. Can you make a sign for my school?

Yes, when ordering, please note your school colors, city, state, and mascot is, and we will make sure to customize your yard sign.

Do I have to include my child's jersey number?

No, jersey numbers are optional.

I don't see my child's sport as an option. Can you still make one?

Yes, we support all athletes and whatever sport they choose. Please use the contact page or message me so I can add the sport. Also, if a particular sport doesn't have both male and female options, please leave a note on your order and I can adjust the graphics to your choosing.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Can I pick up my order? 

No, Beyond Paper & Ink can ship your orders, or if you're within a certain radius, a Free Local Delivery or $1 Delivery option will pop-during the checkout process.

If you are using one of the web stores for bulk orders or fundraising, then orders will be delivered to the organizer and questions can be directed to them.

What type of photo works best for my big head cutout?

For the best print quality, use a high-resolution, well-lit, front-facing photo with a clean background. The image should be at least 1MB or 300 DPI to avoid blurriness.

Can I use a group photo for my big head?

No, please upload a single-person photo where the face is fully visible. Group photos can make it difficult to isolate and enlarge the face properly.

What should I avoid when selecting my photo?

Avoid photos that are:

❌ SCREENSHOTS! Screenshots of photos on your phone, screenshots of Facebook photos or screenshots of other social media photos DO NOT WORK WELL.

❌ Blurry, pixelated, or too small

❌ Taken in poor lighting or with heavy shadows

❌ Side profiles or extreme angles

❌ Cropped too closely (leave some space around the face)
or low-quality social media downloads

How can I make sure my big head cutout looks great?

Follow these simple steps:


✅ Use a high-resolution image


✅ Make sure the face is front-facing and well-lit

✅ Keep the background simple and free of obstructions

✅ Upload the original photo file, not a screenshot.

What happens if I upload a low-quality image?

A low-quality image may result in a blurry or pixelated print. If we notice an issue with your upload, we may reach out for a better image before printing. Please check your emails often so your order isn't delayed. We prioritize quality.

Can I use a filtered or edited photo?

We recommend using an unfiltered, natural photo for the best results. Filters can distort colors and reduce print clarity.

Do I need permission to use a photo?

Yes! If you’re using a professional, copyrighted, or someone else’s image, make sure you have permission to print it.

How do I use a photo on Facebook Correctly?

Assuming the photo was taken with a newer phone or quality camera it is possible to use photos from Facebook if you follow these instructions for proper saving.

Can I see a proof before my big head cutout is printed?

Yes! For $8 extra, you can request a digital proof of your cutout before we print. The proof will be sent to you within 1-2 business days for approval. Please check your spam or promotions folder often.
