Our Return Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure all customers are happy and satisfied with our products, but due to the personalized nature of wedding stationery, returns are generally not accepted.

We are not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, information accuracy and grammar. We wish we were always perfect in all of these areas, but we're human; therefore, not perfect. It's recommended that you also share the proof with a friend or family member also to review. A fresh set of eyes is always helpful for everyone.

Returns based on color are also not accepted. Every monitor or digital device varies in color display. As such, a printed color will never (never, ever) match perfectly to what you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color card, but due to the custom nature of printing, the various shades in backgrounds and textures used, these colors can vary and may not match perfectly. Please consider slight color flexibility, because they're inevitable in the printing techniques we use.

No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence, and you may request damages directly from the shipping company.

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping to ensure the best products for you! If your printed stationery does not match your signed proof, please contact us immediately, and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge. We truly strive for happy customers. We will be more than willing to discuss reasonable options with you on a case-by-case basis if errors do occur. If necessary, buyer may be responsible for shipping costs for returns.
