Q. How much will it cost to mail my invites to my guests?

A. Postage rate for our pre-designed invitation suites is ALWAYS standard.* I can provide an approximate estimate of postage rates for custom invitation suites upon request (these are also typically standard first-class rate).

*As long as items are mailed, as is. Adding embellishments, additional cards, etc. can affect the weight and smoothness of the envelope surface which costs more to mail.

 

Q. I have wording I would like to use on my invitation. Can I use that instead of what the invitation image shows?

A. Absolutely! Our invitations and other products can almost all be personalized using any wording of your choice for no extra charges. If you have questions about invitation wordings, verses or formats, email us or leave notes in your order and we will help you.

 

Q. Can I change the layout of an invitation?

A. Yes, this option is available by filling out the custom invitation questionnaire found on the custom page or contact me.

 

Q. I have my own artwork. Will you just print it for me?

A. Sure! Your order will be printed using a CMYK printing process. All artwork will be converted to CMYK, which may cause variations in color. Adjustments to your design may incur additional design fees. Make sure all artwork is final, and text is outlined before uploading.

Photo and artwork requirements: A resolution of 300 dpi or higher are required for the successful upload of photos and artwork. Accepted file types include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, EPS, TIF, and TIFF.

Photo and artwork restrictions: We will not edit or print copyrighted images, artwork or other materials.

 

Q. Will you apply postage stamps and mail my invitations for me?

A. Sorry, we currently do not offer this service.

 

Q. How many sets of envelopes does my order include?

A. Each invitation set includes two sets of envelopes. The invite, response card, and response card envelope are all inserted in the first envelope, called the outer envelope, to be mailed to your guest. The second envelope is the response card envelope this is what your guests will mail back their response cards in.

 

Q. How many invitations should I order?

A. An invitation for each person is not necessary; one per couple, per household or family, is acceptable. However, we suggest that you order a few extra invites in case anyone is forgotten! It happens often, and if you realize you need more later please note that the min. the order is 50.

 

Q. Can I switch designs during the proofing process?

A. We are happy to do one complimentary design switch during the process. The design change will use one of your proof rounds. Due to the amount of time and work involved, additional design switches will be subject to a design fee.

 

Q. I have not yet received my proof. What is the status of my order?

A. If you have not received a proof within 3 business days of ordering, please contact janelle(at)beyondpaperandink(dot)com with your order number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
